A biomass briquette pres is used to convert agricultural and forestry waste (like sawdust, rice husk, groundnut shells, etc.) into solid fuel briquettes. Setting up or using such a plant has several practical benefits:
Eco-Friendly Energy:- Biomass briquettes are made from organic waste, making them a renewable energy source. They produce much lower emissions compared to coal, helping reduce air pollution and carbon footprint.
Waste Utilization:- Instead of burning or dumping agricultural waste, the plant converts it into useful fuel. This helps reduce open-field burning (a major issue in many parts of India).
High Calorific Value:- Briquettes burn efficiently and provide consistent heat output. They also have low moisture content, which improves combustion.
Rural Employment Generation:- Such plants can create jobs in rural areas—for collecting, processing, and transporting biomass.

Wood Waste Process
If you have wood logs then first you can make wood powder from sawdust making machine/wood chipper machine and then you can make briquette or if you have timber waste then you first make powder with the wood crusher machine and then you can make briquettes.
Drying Process
If moisture content above 15% in your raw material then required dryer system. To reduce moisture from any type raw material like biomass, agricultural waste, municipal solid waste, wood powder (saw dust) you can dry all this material by using our biomass drying system.
How to make briquettes
To make this fuel you required install briquette press. With help of briquette plant machine you can make briquette from any type of agriculture, forestry and municipal waste and you do not require to mix any type chemical to make briquettes.
Why briquettes
Briquettes know as Bio Coal/White Coal is used as thermal application in many industries. Instead of using fuel like coal & petroleum products which pollutes environment by releasing carbon. It is also easy to store and transport to long distance as it compressed with high pressure.
Model wise capacity
Production Capacity
90mm Plant Capacity: Up to 2500 kg/hr at 10% ±
75mm Plant Capacity: Up to 1200 kg/hr at 10% ±
65mm Plant Capacity: Up to 700 kg/hr at 10% ±
(*The production capacity depends on the density of the raw material.)
